This week was the start of Trigonometry. It seemed to be a lot easier than Algebra 2 and the formulas and ways to calculate things seem more straight-forward than previous work.
Log rules are somewhat automatic, I’m glad I have my calculator. I still need to memorize the inverse and all that, but I have SOHCAHTOA down (sine = opposite / hypotenuse, cosine = adjacent / hypotenuse, tangent = opposite / adjacent). For function transformations, maybe it’s a bad thing I don’t remember what those are.
I plan on continuing on with another review of both Algebra 2 and Trigonometry and work problems out of Schaum’s. The guided learning with Gemini has been a great tool and has really helped me understand a lot of this stuff that I couldn’t grasp from just the Khan Academy videos.
I don’t really know what else to write about, so this will be a short one.
